Basic Policy
The Investment Corporation aims to secure stable cruising allowances in the future and achieve sustainable growth of its portfolio by conducting investment management based on the characteristics of homes, healthcare facilities, etc., with strict selection of regions, sizes, etc., and flexible management in response to changes in the real estate market.
The Investment Corporation invests mainly in dwellings (hereinafter referred to as "rental housing") or healthcare facilities (meaning nursing care facilities and residential facilities (including, but not limited to, buildings with principal types of fee-charging homes for the elderly and homes for the elderly with services, as well as other facilities and homes for the elderly), and medical facilities, etc.) in accordance with the basic policy set forth in the rules of the Investment Corporation.
In addition, Asset Manager will maximize the management resources of the Daiwa Securities Group and ensure highly transparent management with an emphasis on compliance.
